The Asset Finance Exchange is a marketplace that connects mortgage brokers, dealers, accountants and other finance professionals, with asset finance specialists to build referral relationships tailored to business needs.

There are two ways to refer.

“Tick’n’Flick” referral which includes a name, number and email address. Alternatively, for any commercial applications, you can refer a commercial co-pilot to the LMG Asset Finance team, allowing you the ability to maintain the communication with your customer.

Yes, when joining the Asset Finance Exchange, you’ll receive access to a portal that will provide visibility across any deals you’ve referred, loans settled and other key pieces of information.

You will also receive emails from the referral partner as updates occur.

Our referral partners are carefully selected asset finance specialists with years of experience and provide high levels of customer service.

Yes, you will need a referral agreement to send through referrals via the Asset Finance Exchange.

The platform will seamlessly generate referral agreements between you and the referral partner that can be signed electronically – once completed, you will be able to start referring.

Fees

If there is a clawback payable, the amount will be invoiced to the referring broker in line with the clawback amount.

Clawbacks will vary from 50%-100% depending on the lender, the clawback reason and the loan term passed.

The cost varies depending on the application, product, lender and referral partner. There is full disclosure to your customer on all fees and charges prior to loan acceptance.

The referral partner will pay the referral fee by the 15th of the following month.

The referral fee you receive, will be set at a minimum amount for each referral partner based on the Net Amount Financed. This will be visible to see prior to selecting a referral partner.

Loan Types

Equipment Finance, agriculture, unsecured business lending, car and leisure finance, personal loans and novated leases.

Compliance

Our experienced referral partners will handle all compliance and regulatory requirements associated with assisting your customer.

Our referral partners can only market to introduced parties with expressed permission from LMG Asset Finance.

Our referral partners will contact the last introducing party on the deal to seek instructions on how to proceed.

You (the referrer) own the customer, not the referring partner. The referring partner will not market to any customers.
